Evo G

Evo G is a modular cab designed for forklift trucks. The structure is made of polyurethane composite formed by reaction injection molding, a process that allows curved surfaces and a weight reduction of 15 to 20 percent compared with conventional steel cabins. The cab measures 1300 by 1060 by 1810 millimetres. Seat, control and safety modules are interchangeable through standardized mechanical interfaces, so the cab can be adapted, maintained and upgraded quickly. An inclined control console, an adjustable seat and reduced noise and vibration limit operator fatigue.

Lumenshift

Lumenshift is a cordless work lamp designed for professional job sites. A four LED optical system with a multi-lens module delivers uniform illumination, and three brightness levels plus a warning flash mode are selected through a single switch. The head swivels 130 degrees, so the beam can be aimed without moving the base. The housing is made of reinforced ABS and PC for impact and abrasion resistance, while an over-moulded soft grip handle and a metal hanger support handling. The lamp runs on an 18V power tool battery platform.

Milwaukee Redstick

Milwaukee Redstick is a digital level for professional construction work. Milwaukee Redstick is one of the first mainstream box levels to use only digital feedback, without spirit vials. Measurements appear on a high-resolution circular display that can be read from the side and from the top, using numeric, color graphic and audio output. The stated accuracy reaches three one-hundredths of a degree. Angle, percent, inch per foot and millimeter per meter modes can be selected, and the sensitivity of each mode can be adjusted. Rechargeable batteries supply the power.

Nexcell Orbit RX

Nexcell Orbit RX is a physical foaming elastomer injection molding machine developed for footwear midsole production. The machine mixes supercritical gas with plastic and forms parts by injection molding, so chemical foaming is avoided and the material can be fully recycled. Two trays and twin guns allow several production modes within a limited factory area. The enclosure uses coated sheet metal in white and blue with an integrated warning light. Side and rear entrances ease mold changes, cleaning and routine maintenance.

Oktoflex Premium

Oktoflex Premium is a flexographic printing press designed for printing on reeled materials such as paper, BOPP, PET and polyethylene films. The press offers a printing width of 500 to 1200 millimetres and a printing speed of up to 450 metres per minute, and it works with solvent based or water based inks. The machine is built from more than 22,000 parts. Ergonomically arranged control panels and audit areas are integrated into the housing with high contrast, so two operators can work with clear access. The proportions follow the golden ratio and symmetry.

Femtoglass

FemtoGlass is a laser workstation for cutting and dicing glass and sapphire. The workstation is used for research work and for high volume manufacturing. Wide access to the working area makes loading and production changes simple. An LED header at the top replaces the standard machine signal light and shows the current operating status. The casing is made of semi-matt sheet metal, and the interior table is made of high quality granite for stability against vibration. FemtoGlass cuts glass from 30 micrometres to 2 millimetres in a single pass.
